Chosen & Secure

In our sermon passage, Jesus teaches about God’s sovereignty over our salvation. Jesus teaches that God the Father is sovereign over who comes to believe in Him, teaching, “No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him” (v44). Jesus also teaches that the believer’s salvation is secure because “All that the Father gives me will come to me, and whoever comes to me I will never cast out” (v37). These doctrines should be an incredible encouragement to anyone who fears losing their salvation. The bulletin is posted here.
