The mission of Christ Presbyterian Church in Burke is to be a church that knows Christ and is making Him known in Burke, throughout our nation’s capital, and to the ends of the earth. This mission statement is modeled after Jesus’ own words to his disciples in Acts 1:8 and our desire is to be a church that is faithful to the Great Commission.
While the Great Commission is often associated with the faithful proclamation of the Gospel in the context of evangelism and world missions, we believe it also involves showing the mercy and compassion of Christ in this broken and needy world. As such, our church supports a variety of ministry partners which include church plants, a university-based campus ministry, and local mercy ministries.

Oxford Presbyterian Church is a church being planted in Oxford, England by Andy Young.
Church Planting in Japan
Jason & Ai Kueh are PCA missionaries planting in Shin-Urayasu, a Tokyo suburb. Jason is also ordained in the Presbyterian Church in Japan.
Church Planting in East Asia
For security and safety reasons, the identity of this missionary partner is kept confidential. He is a PCA missionary who is training pastors in East Asia as part of a church planting movement underway there.

One Voice Fellowship, pastored by Chris Sicks, is a multilingual church in Falls Church, VA on mission to reach ethnic and religious minorities in the DC area.
Reformed University Fellowship – International at George Mason University
Pastor Matthew DeLong and staff member Janelle Grove are on mission to reach international students at GMU.
