Unbelief in John 11:45-57

Our pastor, Porter, preached from John 11:43-57 and the fact that–even after Jesus raised Lazarus from the dead–many people continued not to believe in Jesus. We considered the picture of unbelief that the Apostle John presents, and we drew some lessons from it. As we read about Jesus entering the week before his last Passover before the crucifixion, we sang the amazing CityAlight hymn Jerusalem. The words present a powerful picture of what it might have been like to be in the city of Jerusalem as Jesus went to the cross.
