Marriage for Exiles & Sojourners Part I (Wives)

Next in the series of relationships that the Apostle Peter has been writing about (e.g., the Christian’s submission to the Government in 2:13, the Christian in the workplace in 2:18), no relationship may bear greater witness to the Gospel and set Christians apart from our neighbors than the way we live out our roles in a Christian marriage. This text is a great opportunity to come to God’s Word and see what the God who created marriage would tell us about it, and how He would use it to show us Christ’s amazing, sacrificial love for his church.
