Mary’s Song of Joy & Humility in Luke 1:46-56

Porter preached on Mary’s Song, “The Magnificat,” from Luke 1:46-56. Mary’s song wonderfully describes her response of joy and humility to the news of the coming Christ. We will look at the fact that Mary’s joy is not a joy that is disconnected from the trials and griefs of our world. Instead, her joy is that is that God has sent a Savior who will reverse the curse, and He will remove our sins, pain, and grief when he returns to make all things new.
