Potomac Presbytery “Particularization” Service

The Potomac Presbytery (our collection of churches in the DC area) conducted a worship service to declare our church a “particular” church (no longer a mission church under the governance of our mother church). Christ said, “I will build my church” (Matt 16:18), and He has not stopped building our during the coronavirus pandemic. In fact, the Lord has used the pandemic to accelerate our growth in size and depth. He used it to accelerate the maturing of our leaders into shepherds who will be ordained and installed this weekend (4 Ruling Elders and 2 Deacons). In this worship service, elders from more than 8 churches spoke to encourage us to be God’s people in our community. The bulletin is posted here.
