The Divinity of Jesus

We started the Gospel of John with that beautiful prologue that mirrors the beginning of Genesis: “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” We considered this rich passage and what it tells us about the divinity of Christ who is the God of both life and the new life, the current creation and the new creation that is now being realized and will culminate at his return.
