The Divinity of Jesus Christ & the Unbreakable Scriptures in John 10:22-42

We finished John 10 and Jesus’ teaching on His identity as our Good Shepherd. Last week Jesus said that His sheep hear His voice, so this week we sang the hymn, Speak, O Lord as our prayer that we would hear His voice in the reading and preaching of the Scriptures. We will also sang the City Alight hymn Yet Not I, But Christ In Me which reminded us that “my Shepherd will defend me, Through the deepest valley He will lead, Oh the night has been won, and I shall overcome, Yet not I, but through Christ in me.” Our pastor, Porter, preached on John 10:22-42 in which Christ clearly teaches that He is the Divine Son-of-God. He also teaches that the Old Testament Scriptures are unbreakable. The bulletin is posted here.
