The Supremacy of Christ in Colossians 1:15-20

In this passage, God’s Word reveals Christ as (1) our Creator, (2) our Sustainer, and (3) our Redeemer of re-Creator. He was preeminent over the creation of the heavens and the earth, and he will be preeminent over the re-creation of the new heavens and new earth.
