At Christ Presbyterian Church Burke, we gather each Sunday to meet our Lord where He has promised to meet us: in the preaching of His Word, at His Table, and in the prayers of His people. We’re learning together what it means to worship a God who is bigger than our careers and bigger than our problems, and to find our rest in Him.
In an age that prizes autonomy and self-sufficiency, we’re rediscovering what Scripture teaches: that God designed us for community with Him and with one another. We’re not meant to navigate life’s challenges alone or to worship as isolated individuals. As members of Christ’s body, we’re learning to bear one another’s burdens, encourage one another in faith, and grow together in the knowledge of our Savior.

We are a congregation of the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA), Reformed believers seeking to glorify Christ and make Him known in our community, our nation’s capital, and around the world.
Sunday worship begins at 9:30 AM. We meet at Terra Centre Elementary School, 6000 Burke Centre Pkwy, Burke, VA 22015.
Come as you are. You’ll see some members in suits and dresses, others in jeans and casual shirts. Wear what feels most comfortable to you.
Expect warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Our greeters are ready to help you find what you need and answer any questions.
We worship God through the ordinary means of grace: hearing His Word preached, prayer, singing traditional and contemporary hymns and psalms, and weekly coming to the Lord’s Table. Our worship is both reverent and joyful. Take a look at one of our bulletins below.
The first Sunday of every month, we share a fellowship meal after the service. We also have small groups meeting throughout the week, along with Men’s and Women’s Ministry activities. The best first step? Simply join us for worship.
Children of all ages are welcome in our worship service. We also offer a nursery for newborns and toddlers, and classes for preschoolers and elementary students every Sunday morning. Your entire family is invited to learn and grow in Christ as part of our covenant community. We’ve also provided our Child Protection Policy under the Resources tab.
