Fleet was blessed to begin his walk with Jesus at a young age. By the grace of God, he became aware of his need for a Savior through the witness of his parents and other Godly men in the local church during his early formative years through college.

Fleet has seen the Lord’s mighty hand at work throughout Naval service (Psalm 107:23-24), which has included flying helicopters and directing shipboard flight operations for Navy and Marine Corps aircraft. Recently, his work has involved advising on legislative issues, space operations, and strategic policy.

Fleet, Rachael, and their four children enjoy spending time outdoors, as well as enjoying D.C.’s museums, restaurants, and sports teams (when nap schedules permit). A drummer since 6th grade, Fleet is fond of good music – having been influenced by his father Quigg, an Anglican bishop and part-time bluegrass artist, and Rachael, a classically trained violinist.

He and his family have been members at CPC Burke since 2024 and are grateful to be part of the mission “to know Christ and to make Him known.”
