Kevin Horrigan has been a member at our church since 2019 and part of the PCA since 1990. He serves as an elder and lives in Springfield, VA with his wife and their two kids. A technologist and retired Army veteran, Kevin works in national security and brain injury research. Originally from Baltimore, MD, he spends his weekends coaching youth soccer and enjoying time with his family around Northern Virginia.
